         MENU CHOICES:  A) Macadamia encrusted snapper with rum flavored bananas

                                        and sweet potato cakes

                                    B) Pork tenderloin stuffed with apples, spinach, walnuts, and

                                       craisins, laced with apple brandy butter and served with

                                       garlic mashed potatoes.
